Conducted Patriotic Dramas and Mono Action Peformances of Unsung Heros and their Supreme Sacrifice in SriPottiSriramulu Nellore District, AP
Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) is intiated by Min of Culture GoI and being celebrated across the courntry to commemorate the 75th glorious years of progressive independent India.
As a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav programmes and HarGharTiranga District Administation has Organised Patriotic Dramas and Mono Action Peformances on Unsung Heros.
Sri KVN ChakradharBabu IAS District Collector, Nellore has entrusted above programme to the Project Director, APMIP, Nellore and Project Director, MEPMA, Nellore, accordingly programme organized on 5th August 2022 on an exclusive event on patriotic dramas and mono action performances at Kasturba Kala Kshetram, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The programme is started at 3.00 PM with Jyothi Prajvalana and Hon’ble District Collector and other honor of guests paid floral tribute to Sri Bejawada Gopal Reddy garu on the occasion of his Jayanthi.
The Project Director, APMIP addressed the gathering with regard to the life history of Sri Bejawada Gopal Reddy garu popularly known as Andhra Tagore, was a Chief Minister of the erstwhile Andhra State (28 March 1955 – 1 November 1956)
The programme started with Kuchipudi dance by Kumari Sharanya Reddy for Vandemataram song and one mono action performance on Sri Alluri Seetharama Raju has been performed by Sri Kranthi Janapada Kalavedika, Gudur followed by one excellent skit of certain unsung freedom fighters by Rainbow school students, Nellore. For which very much appreciation is received from the audience.
Further, there are another two performances on mono actions of “Sri Kattapandya Veerabomman” and “Sri Kanneganti Hanumanthu” freedom fighters by the students of Rainbow school, Nellore, Ch. Sanmugam and Kum. Hima Hasini respectively for which audience is responded by giving claps to their performances
Another programme i.e. modern Kolatam to the song Vandemataram has been performed by Sri Vijay and team of Kasumuru village of Nellore district.
As a part of the programme Sri Kranthi Janapada Kalavedika, Gudur has written and performed one song on Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav and several singers participated in the programme and performed by singing patriotic songs.
With this programme is ended with National Anthem.
The Joint Collector, Nellore, CEO, ZP, PD, MEPMA, District Agriculture Officer, District Horticulture Officer, DD, I & PR and all District Officers and school children and public has participated in the programme.
