During the week, CPSEs will undertake plantation drives across the country on their designated days.
3 10th June 2022 Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar A day-long workshop on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with a special focus on Aspirational Districts.
The daylong workshop aims to bring together CSR stakeholders, i.e., Central Public Enterprises, Representatives from Aspirational Districts, NITI Aayog, and Civil Society Organizations on one platform for experience sharing and developing appropriate models of interventions that are sustainable and complement existing Government interventions in the area of health/nutrition, etc.

Smart Cities is one of the important initiatives taken by the Government of India. Some of the CPSEs are developing 1-2 of their townships as Mini Smart Cities on the lines of parameters identified by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.
During the week, one of the activities relating to this initiative would be inaugurated by the concerned CPSEs

In the year 2010, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICoAI) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) and in 2013 Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) were included in NFCG as Trustees with an objective to promote good Corporate Governance practices in both at the level of individual corporate and Industry as a whole.

During the event, the Winners of the Competition- “Take the ICAI Sustainability Challenge” and Winners of “Commerce Wizard 2021” will also be felicitated. A Motivational Session on the “Role of Youth in making India Vishwaguru Bharat” is also planned.

5 9th June 2022 SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICoAI)

The objective of the event is the Role of Good Corporate Governance in achieving Aatmanirbhar Bharat, the Decriminalization of various offenses under the Companies Act & LLP Act. Various thematic and citizen-engaging events like Swasth Bharat - Azadi Mahotsav Marathon Run, Green India - Tree plantation drive, Poster making competition on ‘Freedom Movement’, Exhibition on the role of corporate leaders, National Conference on “Good Governance - Key to Aatmanirbhar Bharat” are being organized for the occasion.

There will be a Green India Tree Plantation Drive where the Institute’s HQ and four Regional Councils in New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai and 112 chapters of the Institute will participate.
