In connection with the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Panch Pran Pledge ceremony was held in Balhama under Meri Maati, Mera Desh. The venue for the event was the Panchayat Office Balhama and the chief guest was a DDC Member from Balhama. The Sarpanch and the respective Panches were among the participants in the event hosted by the Panchayat Secretary of Halqa. Against the backdrop of the event, the Chief guest was cordially invited by the Secretary of the Panchayat where he mentioned the objectives of organizing the event on the 75th year of Independence.
Thereafter, the chief guest interacted with the participants at the venue where he discussed the essence of Meri Mati Mera Desh. He added that India is touching new heights in the development process day by day and we all must stand for the unity and prosperity of the nation. In the event, The Pledge-taking ceremony was conducted where participants swore to uphold the unity and integrity of the nation. In addition, eliminating the communal mindset to make India develop by 2047. The event ended with the National Anthem sung by all the participants. About more than 15 people participated in the event.
