As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Culture and MY FM joined hands to present "HAR GHAR HEALTHY" – an initiative promoting good health among all Indians. In the week leading up to International Yoga Day on June 21, 2023, MY FM organized yoga activities across 19 cities in Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, and Chhattisgarh.
These yoga activities received immense support from local NGOs, yoga instructors, and enthusiasts. Over 500 participants, representing diverse backgrounds, actively engaged in the sessions. The volunteers not only contributed to the cause but also aligned with the vision of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, celebrating India's 75th anniversary of independence.
The initiative aimed to foster community engagement and inclusivity, bringing people together to learn from one another and forge lasting connections. By prioritizing individual health, participants showcased unity, collaboration, and support for a healthier future.
The success of the "HAR GHAR HEALTHY" campaign underscores the transformative power of yoga and its role in building a healthier nation. In aligning with the spirit of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, this initiative highlights the progress and resilience of our country.
Together, people embraced the profound essence of yoga, uniting to cultivate holistic well-being and pave the way for a vibrant and prosperous India.
