In commemoration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Matruvandana Utsav-2021 program was organized by the Department of Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities, Gandhinagar, and district administration of Patan. The event was inaugurated by Hon. Minister of Sports, Youth, and Cultural Activities Shri Harsh Sanghvi on November 23, 2021. Prominent folk singer of Gujarat, Geeta Rabari 'Kutchi Koyal' also known as Gujarat's pride also presented songs to honor the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood and maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. The spectators who watched this program were mesmerized. The program was directly managed by the Commissionerate of Youth service and cultural activities, Gandhinagar, and district administration, Patan.
On the concluding day, a cultural program was presented by Shri Kinjal Dave, the pride of Gujarat and famous folk singer and group and comedian Jagdish Trivedi.
