To mark the 75th year of Independence an Awareness / Training program was conducted by Asian Business School, Noida in association with Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management, Government of India, Nagpur on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) & Patents and Design Filing on August 05, 2022.
The Guest Speaker was Mr. Kumar Raju, assistant controller of Patents and Designs, IPO Mumbai / RGNIIPM Nagpur. The session was very insightful detailing the process and requirements of filing Patents and how it will help and protect the rights of the individual/ company on the patented product. Around 200 participants attended. Many of the students took interest in filing copyrights and trademarks for their work. The session was moderated by Ms. Shipra Shrivastav who welcomed and thanked Mr. Raju for providing his valuable knowledge and time for enlightening the students with the various forms of IPR and the details related to the same.
