The 8th International Day of Yoga celebrations continued in Iceland. The Embassy of India in Iceland celebrated the event at the center of plants and herbs collections at the Reykjavik Botanical Garden. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, there was a decent turnover and the event was attended by Yoga enthusiasts and lovers among the local populace and Indian community in Iceland. The message of the importance of Yoga was spread out widely during the event. Common Yoga Protocol was followed and Yogic practices & their methods were practiced for improving flexibility, strength, balance & attaining harmony.
