The third big Khadi fair was inaugurated in Muzaffarpur after Siwan and Arrah, by Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Tarkishore Prasad. The Khadi Mela cum exhibition was organized by the Bihar State Khadi Village Industries Board. He said Khadi is not a garment, it is our identity. Make sure to use Khadi and inspire others to do the same. There are immense opportunities for employment in Khadi, handicrafts, village industries, so it is a constant endeavor by Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, Minister of Industries, Govt of Bihar, to promote it through fairs, exhibitions, and other means.
