Shyam Sundar Shah was a freedom fighter from Sarwaan, Deoghar. His father’s name was Lt. Laxmi Narayan Shah. His wife’s name was Savitri Devi. He received education till the seventh standard and he knew to read and write English and Hindi. He was born in 1925. Shyam Sundar Shah has involved in the 1942 Quit India Movement and for this, he was sent to Deoghar jail. During the 1942 revolution, he was 17 years old. He was also a great social worker. He died in 1997.
