Unsung Heroes Detail

Hari Mehra was a freedom fighter from Kumrabad, Rohini, Jasidih, and Deoghar. His father’s name was Lt. Mohar Mehra and his wife's name was Rusni Devi and Devki Devi. He had received education till 5th Class. He had looted the grain storehouse due to which he was sent to jail. He was also sent to Bhagalpur jail and participated in the 1942 struggle. Before going to jail he used to work as a gateman on the railways but after being freed from jail, he lost his job and after that general manager again provided him a job. He used to have great interest in prayer and worship. He was also a great social worker.
