Prime Minister addresses the nation in the 105th episode of Mann Ki Baat

Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation in the 105th episode of Mann Ki Baat on 24 September 2023. He began his address by mentioning that more than 80 lakh people watched Chandrayaan-3’s landing on the Moon’s surface, showcasing the deep attachment of crores of Indians to Chandrayaan-3. He continued by adding that a ‘Chandrayaan-3 Mahaquiz’ has been organized on the MyGov portal and more than 15 lakh people have already participated in the same. He urged others to take part in the quiz as well.
Talking about the successful hosting of the G-20 summit, the Prime Minister conveyed that India has demonstrated her leadership prowess by making the African Union a full member of the G-20. He also said that India has proposed a new Economic Corridor to the G-20 in the modern era – The India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor. For hundreds of years to come, this corridor will serve as the foundation for global trade, and history will always bear witness to the fact that it was founded on Indian soil.
Shining a light on Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal, the Prime Minister reminded every citizen about their duties for the country and its goals. He shared the example of Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh where more than 70 villages united to rejuvenate the river ‘Sot’ which became extinct earlier. He cited numerous examples from across the country and applauded the efforts of the people.
Regarding celebrating the spirit of Gandhi Jayanti, the Prime Minister urged everyone to participate in the ‘Swacchata Hi Seva Abhiyaan’ cleanliness campaign to be organized on 1 October 2023. While concluding the episode, the Prime Minister conveyed his best wishes to everyone for Navratri and Dussehra.
