A national-level awareness campaign was held in order to promote energy conservation in the country. Annual Pan-India painting competition for students has been included as one of the activities of the campaign, which would not only make aware the students about the need of conserving energy but at the same time would educate and involve their parents as well in the above cause. This will in turn lead to the sustainable management of ecological and environmental issues.
Powergrid organized a state-level painting competition in Assam and Chhattisgarh for children under a national campaign on energy conservation on 02.12.2021.
