Atmanirbhar Gram Yatra was organized at Kajri village of Halol taluka of Panchmahal district of Gujarat on November 19, 2021, under the theme of 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav'. More than 140 participants attended the event. The recently launched initiative of the Government of Gujarat, 'Atmanirbhar Gram Yatra' is an initiative of the Government of Gujarat to reach out to the villages under the objectives of 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav'. Needless to say, the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' is focused on citizen participation, to be converted into a 'Janandolan', where small changes, at the local level, will add up to significant national gains. Shri Jayrathsinhji Parmar, a member of the legislative assembly from Halol graced the event as a chief guest.
