Ambassador Abhishek Singh received today Venezuelan Minister for Women and Gender Equality H.E. Diva Guzmán León at the Embassy. They discussed matters of bilateral cooperation. Amb. briefed about various capacity-building initiatives of Govt. of India like ITEC prog. & ICCR scholarships which are already being availed of by many Venezuelans.
