The 8th International Day of Yoga 2022 was celebrated on 20 June 2022 at the Reykjavik City Hall with the theme "Yoga for Humanity". The event was attended by Dy. Mayor of the City of Reykjavik, Yoga lovers and enthusiasts among Indian & Icelandic communities. Yogic practices & their methods were practiced for improving flexibility, strength, balance & attaining harmony on the occasion of 8th IDY. Raised awareness of holistic health through the message of yogic discipline from the northernmost capital of the world - Reykjavik!
