Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav – Blood Donation Day organized in SPSR Nellore District AP. Sri K.V.N.Chakradhar Babu, I.A.S., President, IRCS Nellore and Collector & District Magistrate, Nellore has conducted “Blood Donation Day” on 16.06.2022 under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Programme” and he himself donated blood to the Blood Bank being run by the IRCS, Nellore. During the above event, Sri KVN Chakradhar Babu, I.A.S., told that “the donation of blood makes the difference between life and death.” He has also told that, “Making a donation is the ultimate sign of solidarity. Actions speak louder than words.” Blood transfusions happen every day and save millions of lives across the world. Donating blood is a wonderful service to humankind. Through blood donation, anyone can help someone that is in desperate need, and it can very well save a precious life! Due to constant need for blood donations, blood collecting organizations across the world try to reach as many donors as they can.
