The history of Ladakh includes significant battles such as the Kargil War and the latest clashes/standoffs in Eastern Ladakh. For paying tributes to the freedom fighters and to showcase the regional talent and music, the ‘Ladakh World Musical Festival’ will be celebrated at Col Sonam Wangchuk Stadium, Leh, and Rezang La War Memorial from 30th April – 4th May 2022.
Popular music bands from across the country such as ‘Joi Barau Band’, ‘Tetseo Sisters’, ‘Parashara’, will be performing for this noble cause. The ‘Rock Band Competition’ will be the highlight of the event, providing an amalgamation of the local bands and the leading music bands of the country.
