MC Nangal District Rupnagar conducted meeting with S.S. regarding source segregation

According to the instructions and directions of the Executive Officer Mr. Ravneet Singh ji, under a special program, 2 compost pits were emptied in the compost pits built in Ward No. 07, 05, 12, 1 quintal of compost was screened and distributed in public places.

Under this drive, information was given about the plastic packing drive collected by the children in various schools of Municipal Council Nangal and they were encouraged to do home composting, apart from this, compost pits were emptied and the compost that came out of the pits was packed.

Later in the afternoon, he went to different wards and appealed to the people to give the garbage of their own houses to the cleaning staff appointed by the Municipal Council so that the garbage could be dealt with properly.
