On 20 Sept 2021, a cultural programme was organized by the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages at the sports stadium, Gulab Garh, Zagra, Padder, district Kishtwar (Jammu), in collaboration with the local Administration and Padderi Lok Kala Manch. Local artists from different parts of Paddar displayed their talent and the programme was inaugurated by a prominent local artist, Shri Jodh Ram Bhagat, in presence of BDC Chairman, Mr Arpan Singh and others. Horticulture and Agriculture departments along with farmers also installed their stalls.
