East Central Railway organisied 51 days health awareness program and Fit India freedom run 2.0 across all its sub-divisional stations. Day 41 was celebrated with the East Central Rail Mahila Kalyan Sangathan, Samastipur.
All the women of this institution actively participated in the campaign besides other official staff, their family members, etc. The ladies shared various fitness rules for a healthy life. They also showcased yoga, physical exercises, running, etc.
