Under the aegis of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sitamarhi and under the guidance of District Administration Sitamarhi, National Nutrition Month 2021 program was launched from Kumar Chowk District Magistrate Office.
First of all, the program of Amrit Mahotsav, Fit India Freedom Run and National Nutrition Month was duly inaugurated by blowing the balloon bunch in the air. After that, the oath ceromeny on nutrition month was administered jointly to all the participants by the District Officer. After taking oath, all the participants collectively sung national anthem.
Thereafter, District Officer Mr. Sunil Kumar Yadav, DPO, ICDS, Ms. Ranjana Bharti DPO, SS A AK Pathak, District Information Public Relations Officer Mr. Parimal Jhae and District Youth Officer Mr. Abhishek Kumar Gautam jointly flagged off and directed the participants to proceed with the rally.
At the end, Mr. Gautam told that under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav program of independence, together in 75 villages of Sitamarhi district, involving 75 people in each program will be celebrated . In order to bring energy, people will be motivated to be benefited through public awareness and dissemination.
National Youth Volunteers of Nehru Yuva Kendra, members of various youth circles, volunteers of National Cadet Corps, volunteers of National Service Scheme and Anganwadi workers along with other participants participated in the program.
