As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, High Commission celebrated Makar Sankranti on 14 January 2022. Rangoli, an ancient Indian art form made by members of the Indian diaspora, was displayed at a prominent shopping mall (Gateway Mall) in Lilongwe.
The Rangoli was displayed for two days which was witnessed by a large number of people.
