As part of Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, the Embassy of India celebrated National Youth Day and on 12 January 2022 commemorated the Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, Great Yogi, Philosopher, and Youth Icon of Modern India. Indian diaspora and Indian lovers participated in the Suryanamaskar and Indian classical musical Tabla and Sitar performances at the Embassy which filled the environment with energy and musical harmony. Online Quiz on the life of Swami Vivekananda and Essay competition on the topic ‘Vision of Youth for India@2047’ was also held on the occasion and resources on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda was also shared online.
