As part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Embassy celebrated Hindi Diwas along with Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas in the Embassy premises. On the occasion of Hindi, Diwas poems were recited in Hindi by members of the Indian community as well as our Lebanese friends. The celebration of Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas took place amidst a large number of Indian Diaspora. Ambassador spoke about the importance of the event and invited the diaspora to wholeheartedly participate in the #AmritMahotsav and #AatmaNirbharBharat. Ambassador also spoke about the services provided to the Indian Community by the Embassy. Ambassador also briefed the community about the Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas celebrated by @MEAIndia on January 9.
