As part of the ongoing celebrations of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav in Angola, the Embassy of India partnered with Angola's Network of Mediatecas for the Festival called: ReMA For Tics on December 22 promoting ICTs, education, culture, and entrepreneurship. The Embassy of India installed a booth for the promotion of culture, tourism, education, and scholarship opportunities in India. The booth was visited by His Excellency Minister of Telecommunications Information and Communication Technology, Eng. Manuel Gomes da Conceição Man, the Secretary of State for Telecommunications Information Technology Mário Augusto da Silva Oliveira, the Administrator of the Urban District of Maianga, José Oliveira and other dignitaries.
